DNA replication video

This happens to be one of the coolest videos i've ever seen of a molecular simulation. I knew the theory of how DNA replication happens, but I'd never actually seen how all of the pieces fit together. If you have a minute, check out the video.

I also found that video some months ago. I work with DNA replication so I really wanted to know where the data from the simulation came form. I was not able to find any reference to any article. In case you know the references from this video, please let me know :)
